Buffer storage cylinders are used predominantly for large solar installations and absorb the solar heat, which is then transmitted to the heating system as and when required. Areas of use are, for instance, large installations for private and commercial buildings. The buffer storage cylinders are available either with or without an internal heat exchanger.
